Half of French departments was placed in orange alert for snow and ice on Monday. It may fall more than 20 cm in the region of Pays de la Loire, tomorrow.
43 departments of the west, east central , northern and southern France are now on orange alert for snow and ice , announced at Monday lunchtime by Meteo France, which also maintains the Eure in orange alert for floods in the basin of the Seine. Ain, Drôme, Isère, Ardèche, Lozère, the Rhone and Seine-Maritime are, themselves, more alert .

- monitoring Maintenance: Allier, Aveyron, Cantal, Corrèze, Creuse, Loire, Haute-Loire, Nievre, Puy-de-Dôme, Saône-et-Loire and Haute-Vienne.
