This morning, Friday 9th September, in Chateaubriant, the annual Foire de Béré was officially opened. The 2016 edition of the fair is based on the theme of dance, which was very evident at the opening ceremony with the drums of the marching band during the parade into the fair. Brazilian dancers, hip hop dancers and equestrian vaulting were all present during the first day of the show.
And with the theme of dance, it will be very evident throughout the weekend, with displays at Exporama and on two outdoor stages. 21 associations will take turns to ensure a continuous show. They also will parade in the fair.
Also we must not forget the many exhibitors that will present as well, the agricultural equipment, the Car show exhibition, the Home improvements for both the house and the garden. There is of course also the large Market area as well with hundreds of stalls.
Food and drinks are also available on site, so you can spend the whole day there if you wish, and if you are feeling brave, you can also have a go on the fun fair as well.
