The order, if confirmed, should exceed a billion euros at list prices. The Japanese business daily Nikkei e announced Friday that the company ANA (All Nippon Airways) will buy three superjumbo A380. According to the newspaper, the first Japanese company seeks in effect to expand its international routes and invest heavily in this new strategy.

For Hawaii Tokyo flights

ANA has the intention to use the largest civil aircraft world to channel Japanese to Hawaii, their favorite tourist destination.

If this news was made official, it would be Japan’s first A380 order.
