A judicial investigation for “arrest, kidnapping, detention or arbitrary sequestration” was opened against X after the disappearance of a 33-year-old mother Delphine Jubillar on the night of December 15th to 16th in the Tarn, the prosecutor said on Wednesday. From Toulouse.

“Nothing indicates” that this disappearance “may have been voluntary” and “these facts continuing for more than seven days now take on a criminal character”, according to him. The investigation is entrusted to two Toulouse magistrates “in view of the importance and complexity of the case,” said Dominique Alzeari in a press release.

More than a thousand volunteers participate in the research

At the time of her disappearance, this slender woman with long brown hair, who worked in a clinic in Albi and was going through a divorce at her request, was wearing a white puffer jacket.

More than a thousand volunteers from all over the department participated in the search all day on Wednesday with the hope of “finding her before the holidays”. Various objects including a knife and a phone were found but do not give “the impression of an immediate connection” with the disappearance of the nurse, according to a source close to the investigation.
