Saint-Malo Struck by storms

Since last night, Saint-Malo faces violent showers. On the road, the situation is sometimes tense.

Since yesterday evening, Friday 8th June, 2018, violent showers are falling on Saint-Malo, making the traffic sometimes very complicated on the roads .

Including the N137, linking Saint-Malo to Rennes, where an imposing pool of water caused by these torrential rains formed at the barrier of Châteauneuf-d’Ille-et-Vilaine.

Two accidents – material and not serious – were reported at this place last night.

At the height of the storm last night, the traffic was running and some cars were temporarily stopped on the hard shoulder.
